The staff exceeded my expectations and gave the BEST customer service. Very grateful to The Bicycle Company. I popped a tube in my rear wheel during a bike ride with 12km left. Fortunately, their store was nearby, the staff provided me with food and water as they replaced the tube for me at an amazing price.
