The staff exceeded my expectations and gave the BEST customer service. Very grateful to The Bicycle Company. I popped a tube in my rear wheel during a bike ride with 12km left. Fortunately, their store was nearby, the staff provided me with food and water as they replaced the tube for me at an amazing price.

Andrew was fantastic in helping my 6-year-old with a new BMX bike. He was very helpful and friendly, assisting with adjusting the handlebars and seat to ensure a proper fit. I highly recommend The Bicycle Company!
