Excellent store with fantastic staff who are very helpful and not pushy whatsoever. My Son purchased an Apollo bike for his birthday and helped throughout the selection process. Great local business

Loveliest, most honest and helpful service ever! I highly recommend this bike shop, amazing prices and incredible customer service!

It’s a wonderful bike-shopping experience at ‘The Bicycle Company Dandenong Factory Outlet’. Kids are very excited to get the new bikes and are very happy with the outstanding customer service. Thank you Andrew for helping my two kids to get the confidence back to ride the bikes. We will definitely come back again to look for the next level up bikes! 👍👍👍👍👍 the bikes quality are excellent and the price is very good! Five stars! 👍👍👍👍Thank you so much!

Andrew was fantastic in helping my 6-year-old with a new BMX bike. He was very helpful and friendly, assisting with adjusting the handlebars and seat to ensure a proper fit. I highly recommend The Bicycle Company!

The staff exceeded my expectations and gave the BEST customer service. Very grateful to The Bicycle Company.

I popped a tube in my rear wheel during a bike ride with 12km left. Fortunately, their store was nearby, the staff provided me with food and water as they replaced the tube for me at an amazing price.

Johnny at ‘The Bicycle Company Rye’ went above and beyond with customer service. I cannot recommend this company enough. Nothing like face to face customer service and care. Take your treadly in for the best of care. 😎👍

Such friendly and quality service!

My son had an accident on his Norco and the staff went above and beyond to fix it - thank you!! Amazing staff and service, highly recommend to all cyclists on the Mornington Peninsula!!
