Cannot speak highly enough of Andrew and the Bicycle Company Factory Outlet Dandenong. Andrew goes beyond selling bikes, he actually inspires an outdoor lifestyle. His old school customer service made dealing with him an absolute pleasure, particularly by comparison to other bike stores I've been to of late. I will be back for future purchases for sure!

I’m 68 years old and hadn’t been on a bicycle for at least 20 years, until I met Andrew that is. He gave me very valuable advice, sold me the perfect bicycle and has taken me around 2 great cycling trails. Needless to say I am now totally hooked!
