Older riders can step up to 20 and 24-inch bikes with geared drivetrains for longer loops. Look for lightweight alloy frames, low standover and adjustable lever reach to build confidence. Our workshop can set saddle height, lever reach and tyre pressures and fit training wheels if needed.
