The staff exceeded my expectations and gave the BEST customer service. Very grateful to The Bicycle Company. I popped a tube in my rear wheel during a bike ride with 12km left. Fortunately, their store was nearby, the staff provided me with food and water as they replaced the tube for me at an amazing price.

I’m 68 years old and hadn’t been on a bicycle for at least 20 years, until I met Andrew that is. He gave me very valuable advice, sold me the perfect bicycle and has taken me around 2 great cycling trails. Needless to say I am now totally hooked! Can’t thank Andrew enough for his enthusiasm in sharing this great outdoors pastime.
