At The Bicycle Company, we’re committed to offering you the best value for your purchase. Our Price Match Policy helps us maintain competitive pricing and offers you peace of mind on every purchase.

How It Works

If you find an identical product for less (inclusive of GST, delivery, and all associated costs in AUD) from an Australian retailer with a valid ABN, and it’s in-stock and ready for purchase, we’ll match that price.

Please note that our guarantee applies only to products priced above our Total Cost Price.

Price Match Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a price match, the competitor's product must be:

1. Identical to Ours: Same brand, model, specs, features, colour, year, and condition.
2. Available in both The Bicycle Company and the competitor (not on backorder).
3. Sold as a single item, not part of any bundle or promotional package.
4. Immediately available for purchase.
5. Local Competitor (Bikes Only): For bikes, price matches are limited to competitors within 150 kilometres of the respective The Bicycle Company store location.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Policy does not apply to:

1. Special Offers: Cashback, bonus items, bulk or limited-quantity offers.
2. Mistakes in competitor or The Bicycle Company’s ads.
3. Finance or Credit Terms
4. Sales on marketplaces, auction sites, or membership-only stores.
5. Clearance or Liquidation Sales
6. Products priced below our total cost price.
